@ annonymous...if I may.... I don't look at it like "praying for someone else to die" as much as I pray that a person who is going to die has made the decision to be a donor. People die every single day. We're ALL going to die. I pray we have all given a great deal of thought to the idea of being an organ donor and made our wishes clear. There are thousands like Tricia all over this country also waiting for a good match so they can have another shot at life. Praise God for those that have selflessly chosen to give life in the wake of their own death! Hallelujah!
One of my friends (a teacher who I've worked with for ten years) was a good match and donated a kidney for her husband last November. He is doing well and they are both happy.
This news about the transplant list is a blessing.
What wonderful news. I will continue to pray as you await those perfect lungs. I will pray that it happens very soon. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful news with all of us. It is so very much appreciated.

Just to clear up this misunderstanding...
Baby Gwyneth is not getting new lungs. Her lungs are fine, just underdeveloped due to her premature birth, which is why she is receiving help for her breathing. And she does not have CF.
YEAH!!!! PRAISING GODFOR this step. Praying that the perfect lungs for her come soon. Before long you'll be bringing both of your girls home. To God be the glory!!!
Praise the Lord! Will be praying for Tricia, you and your families (and baby Gwyneth) as well as the donor and their family. What an awesome day!!!!!!!!!!!
Praise God!! I will continue to pray that Tricia remains well and strong. Also that you guys are fortunate enough to be "missed" by the flu bug going around. Gweneth gets more beautiful every day.
