CF Connections

I thought this was interesting...

Tricia's nurse today had a brother who passed away from CF a few years ago.

Gwyneth's nurse today has a father with CF who is now in his fifties.

We thought that was cool. So did they.

    Only God could have worked all of that out. Imagine all of the circumstances He had to work out for all of you to meet! Love it!
    And you have tripped over the big 3 million mark I do believe! Sleep well

    Wow, a father in his 50's with CF!! AWESOME. You always know right away when someone knew somebody who passed away from CF. When you tell them you have it there face sort of falls. Now though after transplant Tricia will be able to say...I have CF..BUT!!

    unfortunate that anyone has to have CF, but a God-incidence that both of your nurses have family members with CF

    Interesting it is! How positive to hear about the nurse with a Dad in his 50's with CF. "Great Strides"

    Interesting indeed. Also encouraging to hear about the nurse who's Dad is in his fifties. It's great how God puts certain people in our paths.

    "...who is now in his fifties" was super-cool! Tricia is beating all the odds so far! If I were a gambling woman, I'd bet my bottom dollar that she will continue to do so, and you will see Gwyneth's children together some day.

    I love hearing stories from people who knew someone with CF, especially if they are still alive and 'old'

    That is amazing.

    I am sure at least half of those came the night of the transplant ;) LOL maybe not but I am curious as to how many hits you had that night.

    I've been praying that these new lungs will be Gods gift of life for longer than 8 - 16 more years. So that you guys can raise Gwyneth together to serve the Lord.

    A nurse I work with (she says) has a mom and she is the oldest living person with CF (she's 68). CRAZY HUH?!??!?!?!?!?! I told her about yall :).
