In the meantime, I've been catching up on some photos from the past few weeks, and I thought I'd share a few with you.
One of my best friends, Brent, invited me to officiate his wedding ceremony...it was my first time. We had a great time hanging out with Brent and Katie, I saw several friends from high school that I haven't seen since I graduated ten years ago, and Tricia and I enjoyed our first pleasure trip out of town without Gwyneth (we were excited to come home, though).
We've finally got our guest room set up, and Ralphie has been making the most of our new double mattress (and the hide-away from Gwyneth)...
Meka and Gwyneth have been spending more and more time playing together...
We're enjoying lots of walks around the neighborhood and the beautiful sunsets that come along with the end of summer here on the beach...
We've been involved with a bunch of different fund-raisers for our CF Walk coming up this weekend...Meka loves tagging along when she can.
And, Gwyneth continues to love squishing things against her face...

ReplyDeleteLove the pictures! My family was just at the Outer Banks for Labor Day weekend, visiting a friend in Manteo. A good time was had by all and we even got in a little fishing! We also went to the aquarium which was great. Now I am wondering when we will get back down that way....soon I hope! God Bless!

You both looked beautiful! The pics are great! I had my tonsils out at 40! Yes, 40! Best decision ever! Last time I had strep, Darvocet wouldn't touch the pain. The tonsilectomy was a piece of cake compared to strep. =)

When I read the first line of the post, I thought you should get those darn things removed! Glad to hear that you are and hopefully you'll be feeling better soon. I hope there is lots of ice cream, pudding and water ice for you to enjoy during your recovery.

You and Tricia are smokin HOT! So happy for your little get away but know the feeling of returning home to the little one! Such a busy and beautiful time for you. I pray that you have minimal discomfort post surgery and that you enjoy all the yummy jello you will probably get to consume! :)
