Sorry, but a photo on a computer screen can't make your eyes water...the brightness of your own computer screen might be the problem, but a photo is simply made up of colors, not light. If these photos make your eyes water, then anything on your computer screen with a lot of white in it will do the same. I'd suggest you turn your brightness down a bit.
Nate- I have to say I totally understand the Anonymous one complaining about the pictures. I realize you were going for an artistic effect, yet the overexposure on the pictures is in effect translating the light captured when you took the picture. I looked at this on my laptop, which is set to very dim to conserve power, and my eyes were hurting a little to look at the pictures. No offense meant at all, as I think the pictures are adorable, albeit too overexposed for my tastes. Just wanted to give you perspective from another person that saw this as well. :) -Stacey
actually, I wasn't going for any effect...I was shooting in the sun, and that's how they came out. Not what I wanted, but since I was posting these photos for a few people who wanted to see Meka, I didn't care.
Sweet Meka. I can sure agree with needing spring to come. My hound babies are needing walks really bad. We know have about 2 feet of MUD in our back yard. I swear someone should design flooring with dog paws on it. Would sure save from mopping every day. :) Have a great day. Sherri (Hounddogmom)
I was going to make a comment about the overexposure but I can see what you mean now about the sun. Just quite bright. Nice photo and adorable doggy though. Also, ps, your response to the other photo commenters kinda came across as defensive, I think they were only giving you a hint/tip :) Have a great day!
I probably post this every time you post Meka photos, but are you familiar with the webcomic called Sheldon? (sheldoncomics.com) It has a pug in it. He sells a book with just comics that feature the pug. My 12yo got it for a friend of his with a pug - and the family has repeatedly told us that it's so perfectly true. So if you don't have it, you should get it. :^)

ReplyDeleteMy cat is ready for summer so he can shed some of his excess holiday weight.
ReplyDeleteI'm ready...I've put on a few pounds over this lazy, cold winter too.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, and so is our dog. Come on, spring!
ReplyDeleteGood pics besides the fact that they are WAY too bright and it makes my eyes watery just looking at them! :( But definitely a cute dog!

ReplyDeletePeople who come to other people's blogs and leave critical comments are just weird. Cute pics.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the criticism, but, like I said, I posted these pics for people who like dogs, not for people who like photos.
