Greatest Gift

Four years ago today, I received the greatest birthday gift ever...from a total stranger. We still do not know who Tricia's donor was, and we probably never will, but we will never stop being thankful for that person's gift, and we will never stop praying for that person's family.

The video below might be the second greatest birthday gift I've ever received.

    Happy Transplantiversary, Tricia! And Happy Birthday, Nathan! The gift of life is so precious. Your story inspired me to make sure I am registered as an organ donor in my state. Tricia, I hope the meds are helping and your donated lungs stay strong for a long time.

    Made me tear up. I am so, so thankful that God gave Tricia the gift of life... and used her and you to give Gwyneth the gift. I love children with all I am, and to see them grow in the nurture and love of the Lord is my favorite. SHe loves you, and you and Tricia will show her how to love God.
