Need Your Help!

I'm looking to create some custom jewelery for my girls, and need your help with some research (cause I'm way behind on reading comments and other stuff). If you can help me find a jeweler who could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. I'd prefer somebody close to Duke, but I'll take any suggestions. I'll shop around, so don't be offended if I turn you down.

I already know exactly what I want, so it should be easy once I find the right person.

Thanks!!!

Nate

  2. In NC:
    emily ray (emilyray.com)
    jenni k (jennik.com)
Also, there are tons of shops in Crabtree that do custom stuff you'd probably love! Both of the designers above take custom orders and are very happy to work with you.
    Online:
For a cheaper alternative, try etsy.com (its like ebay for crafts). Find a 'style' you like, then have the designer modify or create from scratch based on your idea.

  33. Hi Nate- here's a website for jewelry that I saw on another CB website a while back...

    www.thumbies.com

It's neat because you can put Gwyneth's actual footprints or handprints onto a pendant or keychain, etc. Heck, you can even make a Meka noseprint on jewelry!! That's the only idea I have right now. Glad to see everyopne continues to do so well. Love all the pics.

  34. Hey Nate,

I ordered matching bracelets for my wife and 7 week old daughter for Christmas from this site: http://www.mommyandmebracelets.com/. I think she's in Iowa but I ordered on 12/21, chose standard shipping and was surprised to get it on Christmas Eve (in MD)! I'm not sure if that's similar to what you're looking for, but I was very pleased with her work and would recommend her. Good Luck!

I am so happy as I have been praying and and/following your blog every few days as well. If you would like to email me privately, I would be happy to make a mother's necklace or ring for your wife, FREE OF CHARGE. Don't worry that they both say sold out, I can still create them for you.
