We're leaving now...Tricia is not doing well. She's having a hard time breathing, can't cough up the junk that's building in her lungs. We're going directly to the hospital, and there's a chance Tricia will be admitted.
David and I prayed a special prayer for Tricia (as promised) before going to bed. We are praying again today and I hope she will feel well enough to go home and not have to be admitted. Have a safe trip and hopefully a quick return home!
I'm sorry to hear that Tricia is not getting any better...I'm sure you all had hoped that you had seen the end of being admitted to the hospital and breathing issues. My prayers and thoughts are with you!
Nate, don't know if original post came through. Had a power surge. Tricia, get better soon. My prayers are with you for safe travels and well as healing.
Long time reader; first time commenter. I am praying for you guys today as I have in the past. Tricia's made it this far and I believe that God is going to do great things in and through her precious life even now. Praying for a hedge of protection around her lungs and that she'll feel better soon. And also praying for a good report on the chemo update!
What I'd like to type here would offend some or most people so I won't. How about, !@#$PO(^&$(@)!!!! But, I'm glad you're on your way and going to a wonderful place that can take great care of Tricia! I hope she gets better soon. And, that Miss Cute Feet continues to be happy and healthy.
I was just checking in again to see if there was any news on how Tricia is doing. I will continue to pray that she gets better soon. Nate, be sure to take care of your self so that you can take care of your 2 precious girls. Elaine from MT
praying along with everyone else - try not to worry, easier said than done I know... I'm worried and I've never met Tricia personally.. I can't imagine...
Father God I pray that you would give them safe journeys while they travel. I lift up Tricia and ask that you would ease any pain she may be having and ask that you would clear her lungs. Thank you for this family and their faithfulness to you. I pray you would work through the doctors to identify what needs to be done and wrap your arms around her so she feels your presence. Amen.
Oh, I really hope & pray that Tricia is able to avoid a hospital stay. And if she does get admitted, that it is only for a very short time. Praying that you all are home by the end of the week!
We will continue to lift you up in prayer. May the Lord heal, strengthen and sustain you through this leg of your journey. We know He will use your wonderful testimony to touch even more lives for Him during your appointments and waiting times today! We're also praying for His peace to enfold all 3 of you!
Tricia is such a strong woman, I know she is going to pull right through this. but I also can imagine how nerve wracking it must be for you guys. sending healing vibes.
Praying along with so many that God would continue to guide each doctor and every treatment. May the Lord give you both peace and you keep walking this amazing journey!
We will also be praying for you. I'll even write it on my blackboard in the kitchen so every time I am in that room I will lift you all up to the Lord.
I'm so sorry to hear that! Praying for Tricia-and you and your sweet baby girl. You see, I read this and it makes me stop complaining about my cold/cough. Hang in there!
I have been following your blog since the day Gwyneth was born. Your family has become a beautifully uplifting and hopeful part of my everyday. I am praying for you, Tricia. The world loves you. :)
Ughhh... So sorry to hear Tricia is not well. Will be praying hard for you guys. Hope you got there safe and Tricia is feeling some relief. Will be waiting for an update.
I'm praying that she recovers quickly. I have no idea how that must feel to have a lung transplant and have to cough up gunk. Is it harder to cough with transplanted lungs? Is the mucous still thicker even though she had a lung transplant? Anyway, I will be praying hard that all is well and that you and Gwyneth get much needed rest as well (and that Gwyneth doesn't catch it).
Prayers, prayers and more prayers. You will all be in my heart and thoughts. Wish I could offer more, but know someone in New York is praying, wishing and praying some more for you all.
