Today is Tricia's second "transplantiversary"! I'll write more about it later, but I wanted to throw this post up for anyone who would like to tell Tricia "happy transplantiversary!"
Happy Transplantiversary, Tricia. I am amazed at your family and the encouragement you have been (and are) to many people. Have a blessed Easter weekend.

Each year God give us is a blessing!! Each year we have the opportunity to witness his love and grace in our lives. God loves to see us happy with the joy of showing his plan for each of our lives...and I am sure this year you and your family will have many rewards!
happy transplant day tricia!! whenever people tell me that they don't believe miracles happen in these modern times, I tell them about your story. xoxo
Happy Transplantiversary Dear Tricia - I love the way you have always lived your life, and am so happy for the blessings that you have been able to enjoy since the transplant. I know you treasure them.
Happy transiplantiversary, Tricia. Hope you and Nate have a wonderful duo-celebration. And special prayers for your donor family, too. A friend's 2-yr-old son is waiting at the moment for a new heart--1500 km from his Dad and siblings and all his friends--waiting for another family to make the same unselfish decision in the midst of their personal grief. God bless all donors and their families.
Yeah Tricia! What a gripping story was unfolding 2 years ago! Many tears were shed at our house and HOW COOL for my kids to experience God's answers to our prayers!
Nathan got a wonderful birthday gift, and I am sure THAT on will be hard to top!
We loved spending time with Rick and Gail a few weeks ago at my in-laws house! Saw lots of darling pictures of the sweet "cousins" in action!!
We are continuing in prayer for you and your family!!
tricia, i continue to be amazed at all that God has done in your life and through your story. i am so grateful that you continue to enjoy good health and be the living example of grace that you continue to be.
here's to a lifetime of health and happiness ahead of you. may God richly bless you, nate, gwyneth, and your family:)
Oh my, Two years! I remember it well. On April 3 that year, I was at a retreat for work (I teach at at Catholic school). During Mass we were given the opportunity to add our prayer intentions out loud and I lifted both Gywneth and Tricia's names in prayer, then broke into tears - much to the shock of my co-workers! I had to explain afterward that I didn't "know you" guys.
Following your story has helped to give me a stronghold in my faith, which I have needed time and time again in these last two and a half years.
Congratulations Tricia! You are definitely an inspiration to so many, especially those of us still facing transplant. Thanks to you and Nate for sharing every step of your journey with us, what a gift! Enjoy this awesome occasion :-)
What a great reminder that our redeemer lives!!! Every day is a new day and a great day to live one more. I pray PRAY PRAAAYYY that Tricia lives A looonnnnnnggggggggggggg life far longer then any stastic knows. If God were to call her home tomorrow it would still be the most amazing testimony ive ever heard of. Blessings to yyour sweet fam. live on and on and on Tricia you look amazing!!

As A matter of fact I am sitting in a family room at Duke typing this now. I've remembered you and your family and all that you went through as I have walked these halls.
I also was (because we had to go see the fish aquarium on the 5th floor) close to where Gwyneth spent her first days of life, and it's really neat to be so close to where you recieved your new life and where you also started your new family.
I don't know what else to say right now, except Congratulations, and many, many more anniversary's for you,
I've known you since you were adopted Tricia, and look forward to Nate's blog every day. Your family's story never fails to brighten whatever is going on in my own life. I followed Eva's blog also, and just can't get used to the idea that I won't read her fantastic communications any more...so, you and Gwyneth continue to thrive...for all our sakes!!!! God bless all...
Happy Transplantiversary!...Does Gwenyth have the DVD of the Book of Pooh? The last story is about Eeyore's Tailiversary. My niece must be watching this too often because my mind immediately started humming the song only changing the words to "Have a happy, happy, happy Transplantversary..." What a wonderful date to celebrate!
