Very nice...I happened to stumble upon your blog yesterday...and as a L&D nurse whom works next to a children's hospital we do see CFF pt's on occasion. You've touched many with your story!
I love the new look! And I have to say this, because I think it's startling and really neat. That's one beautiful baby, and one handsome daddy, but when you see that mommy face in between her two loves, you almost get goose bumps because you feel you are looking at someone who has been beyond the living the rest of us know.
I love the new site! I also just noticed that you changed the header on this blog. I LOVE the picture of you guys! It is BEAUTIFUL! What a wonderful family portrait! May God continue to bless you all!
If you could send a few extra prayers and thoughts, please send them to UPMC in Pittsburgh. On Thursday, I sent a young man named Andrew, who also has severe CF, there to get a brand spankin' new set of lungs. He's done well so far but any little bit helps. I've been taking care of Andrew when he's been in the hospital for the last two years and this transplant couldn't have happened to a nicer family or a nicer kid. When I went to wake him up Thursday morning after we got the call he didn't believe us! My best to the three of you and thanks for sharing your story with us.
So WEIRD! I was actually thinking on the drive home from work tonight that you should change your blog "header" picture to include Gwyneth! Crazy! It's BEAUTIFUL!
