Nate & Tricia- How exciting to think that just 3 short weeks ago (it probably hasn't felt short to you two), Tricia was recieving a life-saving operation. And now, here you are, being discharged. I hope you will be able to sleep without all the hospital noises you have grown accustom to. I know Meka will be one happy puppy! What an amazing last few months these have been. I can't wait 'til the day I read that Gwyneth is coming home and you will all be starting a new journey together! Good luck to you as you take this next road in your journey. Praying there will be no bumps along the way! I shared your story this weekend with several people at the March of Dimes March for Babies. Our community raised almost $23,000 in an effort hoping that every baby has a chance to be born healthy. Hope you two are free from the confines of the hospital as I type this. Have a great day and an even better week.

What awesome news!! Praying for a very speedy "24 days of rehab" and praying that her fundoplication surgery goes well. I am so excited that Tricia is being discharged.. what a big step!! It's a little overwhelming at first with the med schedule, rehab schedule and such, but Tricia will quickly adjust and one day soon she will wake up feeling "normal".. I can't wait to read that on your blog.

Yay!!!! Woooohooo!!!!

This is so exciting! I helped discharge a 9 month old baby today. He hasn't been home since we was born. It's a happy day! :)

Kristen said...

Which means since its a very important discharge...you probably wont actually leave till anout 3pm cause of all the meds and paperwork...but freedom!!! freedom!! and soon the little little will join you in the outside world and then you get to really figure out family life!!!

I covet the opportunity to smile with you as you all enjoy the numerous miracles God has given you. We all want to rejoice with you about "normal" life...and to have the opportunity to watch the little girl we've prayed for grow into a young woman as lovely as her mother.

Hey Nathan, Tricia, & Baby Rose,
Oh my!! WOOHOOOO!!
I am guessing this is like a first date...with all the time that has passed (in the hospital)...without ever really being alone!! I am just praising along with you!! Enjoy these last nights of sleep. I have no doubt that you can not wait to be "new parents", however, you will be thankful for any 'stored' sleep once Baby comes. :) YEAHHHH!!!!!!
