ABC 11 at 6:00PM

Our TV story with Barbara Gibbs is airing tonight (March 24) during the local ABC 11 6:00 News broadcast. (See This Post for the back story)

I'm hoping that the piece will be up on their website as well.

Just remember, the camera adds 10 lbs, yellow's not my color, and I was having a bad hair day that day...haha.

Ooh - how exciting Nate! I hope there will be a link so those of us overseas can watch later!
We went on live national TV here in the UK to talk about our two sons and their medical conditions (our first son, Will, was diagnosed with a lethal genetic condition at 12 weeks gestation, but we carried him to term and wouldn't have missed the 15 minutes we were able to spend with him; and our second son, Charlie has an incurable heart condition) - anyway, very nervewracking experience, Charlie (then about 18months old) spent the entire time dismantling the set, and forget the camera adding 10lbs - more like 25lbs I reckon! Hope we get to see your TV debut! Lots of love to all three of you. XX

But the camera didn't add 10 pounds to Trisha? You both look marvelous:)
Congratulations, you deserve the media attention. I'm praying for Gwyneth to gain weight, maybe you should post a graph and plot her daily weight in grams. I have 10 pounds I'd like to share with her!

I'm very excited about the press coverage you are getting, it can only do good.

I am so thankful to you and your blog Nathan...I started reading your blog about 2 months ago. I was interested in what you were going through not only because it's a heartfelt and inspiring story but because I too have a cousin who has CF and since I started reading your blog, it's made me think of her and want to get back in touch with her (our families just stopped talking). I have just recently called her and now I am joining her Great Strides team and hope to help her along as much as I can.

Thanks so much for the inspiration!

(You've already been to my blog, so no need to visit again)

Hugs to you and your family!

Here's hoping we who aren't "local" can see the interview online!!

Camera adds 10 lbs? I must be walking around with at least 5 cameras following my every move!! LOL

You both look phenomenal, especially with all of the time you've had to spend in the hospital.

Tricia's beauty makes up for what the camera adds ;-)

So, exactly how many cameras did they have on you, Nate? lol JUST KIDDING!

I hope they put it online! We want to see it too!

We saw the photos of your sister and her husband and thought it was you in a dark wig and Tricia!

Praying for Gwyneth to gain some weight. Are they giving her lots of breastmilk? Have they said why they think she's not gaining? I wish I had some great advice for what to do for her, but prayers will do more than advice any day!

Our prayers and love to you all!

oooo...it was so awesome to watch you guys on tv! i don't think those news anchors were prepared for the power that is in your story! they seemed to be left speechless when they were supposed to transition to the weather. :) we continue to lift you all up in prayer, and tonight we will include all of the many new readers.

WOW. I actually think that is the best hair day you've had in a while. I like it better that way than when it is slicked back. ANYWAYS...not that it matters (only Tricia's opinion matters!) but I think it looks good. BTW, what kind of *Nate hair* does Tricia like?

I really wish I would have seen it. I missed it...as we were out all day making funeral arrangements for our 5 day old miracle baby girl. I thought of you guy so often last week as I entered and exited the NICU and saw the tiny babies in similar size to Gwyneth. What a blessing she has been and a little miracle at that.
